We are looking for a reliable and confident Support Representative to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad. This is a remote work opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams - Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or support - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
