Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Support Specialist to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad. This is a remote part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis. 5. Assist in testing new features and updates before they are released to customers. 6. Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 3. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with colleagues across different departments. 5. Proficiency in using support tools and software. 6. High level of motivation and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
