We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Web Chat Associate to join our remote team at Genting Group. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat channels. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat channels - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Use problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
