Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online chat system, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat representatives - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze chat data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to provide consistent messaging and support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online chat management - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Driven and energetic personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat systems and customer relationship management tools
