Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat platform for IJM Corporation Berhad, a leading corporation based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position with a focus on mid-to-senior level responsibilities, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for all web chat inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customers - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates through the web chat platform - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and consistency across all customer touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail - Proven experience in a web chat management role, preferably in a corporate setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for web chat management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
