Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Nestlé Malaysia. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, with a part-time schedule for a mid-to-senior level candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in customer interactions - Train and mentor chat agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data and feedback to identify trends and improve processes - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service - Proven track record of success in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Critical thinking and adaptability soft skills
