Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is currently looking for a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online chat platform to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor online chat conversations with customers to provide timely and accurate responses - Supervise a team of chat agents to ensure they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service - Develop and implement chat scripts and templates to streamline communication and improve efficiency - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management to continuously improve the customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online chat management or customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Experience with people management and the ability to motivate and support a team - Strong research skills to gather information and solve customer inquiries effectively - Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating with a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online chat platforms
