Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Web Chat Officer to join our team at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd. This is a remote part-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, offering the opportunity to work from the convenience of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide timely and accurate information about our products and services. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns. 4. Demonstrate innovation in finding creative solutions to enhance the customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our web chat services. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in communication and service delivery. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Strong adaptability to work in a remote environment and manage workload effectively. 3. Reliability in meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of professionalism. 4. Excellent emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations with customers. 5. Ability to think innovatively and proactively in problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
