Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer support and engaging with website visitors through our online chat platform. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide product recommendations based on their needs. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Maintain a detailed log of all interactions with customers and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for product promotions and sales through web chat. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and presentation skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency with web chat platforms and basic computer skills.
