Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad. This is a remote part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, ideal for candidates at the entry-level with at least 1 year of experience. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat - Assist customers with product/service related questions and troubleshoot any issues - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and company policies - Work efficiently to meet established performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and energetic attitude towards work - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Flexible schedule to work part-time hours - Ability to adapt to different situations and provide quick solutions to customer issues - High school diploma or equivalent
