Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia as a part-time position. This role will be remote work, based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Entry Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently through web chat. - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values in all customer interactions. - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time. - Stay informed about company products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a web chat setting. - Cooperate with team members and demonstrate excellent persuasion skills when dealing with customer inquiries. - Must be dedicated and energetic, with a positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service. - No prior experience is required, as this is an Entry Level position. - Must be able to work remotely and have access to a reliable internet connection. - Fluency in English is required.
