Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Representative to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia. This position will be a part-time remote work opportunity based in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat communication with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via web chat - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues they may have - Conduct research to address customer questions and concerns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong research and negotiation skills - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
