Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

As a Web Chat Representative at Sunway Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. This remote work position requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat channels - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy - Strong strategic planning and organizational skills - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Availability to work part-time hours
