Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Web Chat Representative to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, MY, with a part-time schedule. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide assistance and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Meet daily performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Hardworking and confident attitude with strong communication skills. 3. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace for remote work. 6. Must be fluent in English and proficient in written communication skills.
