Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Web Chat Representative to join our team at Nestlé Malaysia. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting problems - Proactively engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Efficiently manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy - Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Possess project management skills and excellent teamwork capabilities - Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Parental leave benefits offered - Commitment to employee well-being through health and wellness initiatives
