Job Description

We are seeking multiple proactive and persuasive Sales Representatives to represent Bossjob in the Malaysian market. The main responsibility is to onboard new employers to the Bossjob job portal by promoting our platform’s value and features.

You will be the key partner in promoting Bossjob. To connect with potential business clients and register employer accounts on Bossjob.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and represent Bossjob to potential employers across Malaysia.
2. Actively reach out to companies, HR professionals, and business owners to introduce the Bossjob hiring platform.
3. Assist employers with registration and account setup and posting jobs on the Bossjob portal.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
5. Achieve onboarding and referral targets as set by the company.

Remuneration:

Attractive commission with RM150 per employer onboarded with Bossjob.

*Employer account registration is free, and the entire sign-up process only takes a maximum of 2 minutes.

In just under 2 minutes, you would be entitled to this RM150 payout per account onboarded.

Job Requirements

1. Malaysian citizens or currently residing in Malaysia.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
3. Prior experience in sales, partnerships, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
5. Familiarity with online job platforms or HR tech solutions is a plus.
6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus).
