Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a part-time position, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates. 3. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase ROI. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. 5. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to continually enhance our online presence. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and other digital marketing initiatives. 7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. 8. Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new skills. 7. Collaboration and cooperation with team members. 8. Reliable and self-motivated work ethic.
