Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a remote part-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate level Digital Marketing Manager with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online sales.

Responsibilities: - Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, and email - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Managing the company's online presence and reputation by creating engaging content and monitoring customer feedback - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives - Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance and ROI - Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and implementing best practices - Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals - Leading and mentoring junior team members to support their professional development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving results - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Driven and dedicated with a passion for digital marketing - Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment - Planning and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
