Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow the successful candidate to work remotely from George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 2. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms. 3. Analyze website traffic and user engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for social media and other online channels. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to ensure KPIs are met. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to keep our digital marketing strategies competitive.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic individual who can work independently. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to present ideas effectively. 3. Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. 4. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. 5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
