Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is a remote work opportunity, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your role. As an Associate-level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising platforms - Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital marketing initiatives - Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts - Work closely with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry - Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Independent and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and connect with target audiences on a deeper level - Strong innovation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems and generate new ideas
