Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies for our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative marketing campaigns - Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the success of campaigns - Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and promotional activities - Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies - Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience working remotely is a plus - Motivated and energetic personality traits
