Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and reliable, with strong time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competition - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company objectives - Analyze and report on key performance indicators to track the success of marketing initiatives - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and brand awareness

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and reliable with strong time management skills - Experience in people management is a plus
