Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Digital Marketing Associate in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, you will work closely with our marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and website. 2. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance. 3. Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives. 4. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement based on results. 5. Assist in the creation of digital content, including copywriting and graphic design. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for digital marketing. 2. Strong teamwork and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 5. Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
