Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description: UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess strong cooperation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to company websites - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Analyze digital marketing data and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools
