Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads and social media - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to continuously improve digital marketing efforts - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends and tools to enhance the company's online presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Driven and motivated to achieve results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
