Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to create and optimize digital campaigns, manage social media channels, analyze performance data, and stay up-to-date on industry trends. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels - Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives - Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry trends - Support the digital marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Resourceful and passionate about digital marketing - Strong strategic planning and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
