Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing who are eager to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain customers - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts - Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment - Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the airline or travel industry - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Soft skills in teamwork and cooperation - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
