Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time entry-level position, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on our online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website. 2. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all digital platforms. 4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for new strategies and tactics. 5. Manage budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong ROI. 6. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively. 7. Keep abreast of new digital marketing tools and technologies, implementing them as appropriate. 8. Maintain a strong online presence by creating compelling content and engaging with our online community.

Requirements: 1. Confidence and resourcefulness in driving digital marketing initiatives. 2. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 3. Experience in strategic planning for digital marketing campaigns is a plus. 4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. 7. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising best practices. 8. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
