Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong passion for the media industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness. 2. Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO, to optimize performance and reach target audiences. 3. Analyze data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape. 6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media, SEO, and email marketing. 3. Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for digital innovation. 4. Strong creativity and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
