Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to work remotely from George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Digital Marketing Manager with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote AirAsia's services and products.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on the AirAsia website and social media platforms - Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve KPIs - Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate digital marketing efforts and ensure consistency in brand messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually improve strategies and tactics - Oversee the creation of digital content including copywriting, graphics, and videos to support marketing campaigns - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the airline or travel industry - Motivated and passionate about digital marketing with a strong creative vision - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
