Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing channels - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects - Assist in organizing and promoting events to increase brand awareness - Handle administrative tasks and support the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and adaptable to changes in the marketing landscape - Leadership skills to drive projects forward and work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
