Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Dialog Group Berhad, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to drive the company's marketing initiatives. Your role will involve assisting in creating marketing materials, conducting market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns - Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns and events - Maintain and update the company's marketing database - Collaborate with the design team and external agencies to create engaging content - Assist in analyzing marketing data and preparing reports - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Critical thinking and adaptability soft skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
