Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a reliable and hardworking Marketing Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and consumer trends - Assist in creating and managing marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials - Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and plans - Attend meetings and events to represent the company and promote brand awareness - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data and trends - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
