Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and confident, with strong communication and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote IOI Corporation Berhad's products and services. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels. 4. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness. 5. Analyze data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Support the Marketing Manager in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in marketing or a similar role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
