Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a driven and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 3. Create and update marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts. 4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement. 6. Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows and product launches. 7. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. Strong presentation and problem-solving skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 6. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
