Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level Marketing Assistant, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. 4. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. 6. Assist with organizing events and promotional activities. 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Proven experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years of experience. 3. Strong leadership and time management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Hardworking and motivated personality traits.
