Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote employee based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to help promote our brand and services. This position is at an Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. 2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, emails, and other marketing materials. 3. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth. 4. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities to track progress towards goals. 6. Provide support for events, trade shows, and other promotional activities as needed. 7. Assist in the maintenance of marketing databases and CRM systems.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. 7. Experience with market research and data analysis is preferred.
