Marketing Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a resourceful and driven Marketing Associate to join our team at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our hotel and attract guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and driving revenue.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns and strategies - Assist with the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement - Assist with social media management and content creation - Research market trends and competitors to stay current and innovative in marketing efforts - Support the Marketing Manager in organizing events and promotional activities - Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2 years of experience in marketing or related role - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
