Marketing Associate

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a passionate and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance brand awareness in the Malaysian market.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Assist in creating marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, brochures, and social media content. 4. Support the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies. 6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and image. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles. 3. Strong presentation and research skills. 4. Passion for marketing and brand building. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. 8. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. 9. Experience with market research and analysis. 10. Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively.
