Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Marketing Associate to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. This position is part-time and based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. 2. Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website. 3. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for future improvements. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and innovation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 6. Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns.
