Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As the Online Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms such as social media, search engines, and websites. 2. Analyze data and trends to identify target audiences and optimize digital campaigns for maximum effectiveness. 3. Manage and coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful implementation of digital marketing initiatives. 4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on the success of digital marketing efforts. 5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually improve campaign performance. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others.
