Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at AirAsia Group Berhad. As an Associate Level position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and social media platforms - Manage online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts and maximize ROI - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and innovative digital content - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of digital marketing campaigns

Requirements: - Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on online advertising, social media, and content strategy - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits, with strong leadership skills
