Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Assistant at Dialog Group Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for supporting the online marketing team in executing various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing content for online marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website content. 2. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 3. Support the management of social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts. 4. Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns. 5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of online events and promotions. 7. Communicate with external vendors and partners to coordinate marketing activities.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong project management and analytical skills to effectively track and measure the success of marketing campaigns. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. 5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
