Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

The Online Marketing Assistant at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang will be responsible for assisting the Online Marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. 2. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive online engagement. 3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling online content. 4. Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with online audiences. 5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 6. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices. 7. Support the team in reporting and analyzing data to track campaign effectiveness. 8. Collaborate with the Online Marketing Manager and other team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. 7. Driven and resilient personality traits. 8. Soft skills in innovation and analysis.
