Online Marketing Associate

S P Setia Berhad, a leading property developer in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads for S P Setia Berhad's properties - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance online marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO optimization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Personality Traits: - Passionate about online marketing and staying ahead of industry trends - Hardworking with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Soft Skills: - Project management skills to effectively plan and execute marketing campaigns - Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and drive results
