Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is looking for a dedicated and resilient Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, suitable for an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation. - Create engaging content for various communication channels including social media, website, and press releases. - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. - Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate challenging situations with grace. - Proven experience in creating and implementing communication strategies. - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
