Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Communications Specialist at Hilton, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's brand image and effectively engage with various stakeholders. This is a remote part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans that align with Hilton's overall goals and objectives - Write and edit high-quality content for internal and external communications, including press releases, social media posts, and newsletters - Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging - Proactively identify opportunities for media coverage and pitch stories to journalists - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field - Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Resourceful and confident in handling challenging situations - Ability to plan and adapt to changing priorities - Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
