Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in communications.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience - Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform communications strategies - Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and press releases - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligns with company goals - Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed - Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in communication and marketing

Requirements: - Adaptable and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and research skills to effectively develop and execute communication strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms - A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required
