Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, the Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey the company's messages to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to support the company's goals and objectives - Write and edit content for various communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media, and website - Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns - Manage relationships with media outlets and handle inquiries and requests for information - Assist in organizing events, such as press conferences, product launches, and company meetings - Collaborate with graphic designers and other creatives to produce visually appealing communication materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate setting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with communication tools and platforms - Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
