Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Communications Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals with strong emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills to effectively communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation - Create engaging content for various communication channels, such as social media, press releases, and internal newsletters - Monitor and respond to feedback from customers, employees, and the general public - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
